“Everybody on this island, Seems so happy on this island!” – Moana
Most of the scenes from Disney’s recently released Moana reminded me a lot of Palawan. It’s the most beautiful island in the world according to Huffington Post and CNTraveler. Finally, some well-deserved recognition!
Palawan is my favorite place in the Philippines. I often go there (mostly in Culion & Coron) for an event or work-related activity and I am in love with the people and the waters. It’s the first time this year I went there for a real vacation with my family from the states. I’m so happy they chose Palawan and it makes me proud to show them around our beautiful country. I initially hoped they would choose Coron but Puerto Princesa was a better choice. It’s an island that fits a family with kiddos and for me as well since I haven’t been here yet. We had the best time and here is our photo journal from the island.
